Bison Trails is the leading blockchain infrastructure provider. We are looking for an exceptional Senior Marketing Manager to join our highly-skilled and passionate team in New York City. The ideal candidate will be a data and insights-driven marketer, responsible for bringing to market consumer-facing products, raising brand awareness, and leading in the development and execution of digital marketing activities. With a strong drive to collect and synthesize evolving consumer insights and market information, the Senior Marketing Manager will plan to positively impact consumer sentiment and execute effectively against go-to-market strategies.
The Senior Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Brand & Design and will work closely with the Design, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Experience successfully leading cross-functional initiatives with timely and high-quality launches is a must. While experience in blockchain technology is preferred, it is not a requirement. We are a technology company at heart, and we are looking for someone who is invested in leaning into the nuances of the space, to elevate our product marketing and brand communications across all touchpoints.

Ideal Candidate Background/Qualifications
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills
— Proactive and solution-oriented
— Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
— 5+ years experience in consumer marketing with specific CRM lifecycle experience
— Demonstrated experience with sales enablement and driving results across a range of channels
— Experience with direct marketing and marketing automation including A/B testing, customer segmentation and analytics.
— Extremely organized, with impeccable attention to detail
— Ability to manage multiple projects, pivoting quickly in a fast-paced environment
— Experience with driving results through paid media
— Excellent organizational, project management and people skills. Ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task, and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace.

— Working experience with blockchain technology
— Source and analyze data and consumer/business insights needed to make effective campaign decision
— Convert marketing plans into measurable results against specific KPIs
Build integrated marketing plans on both paid and owned channels
— Communicate key value messages to a variety of audiences
— Plan industry events and identify opportunities to get the Bison Trails brand in front of growing audiences
