Technical Program Manager

BioIntellisense is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive program planning and execution across its line of medical devices; AI/ML algorithms, and related technologies.

Responsibilities
● Create program schedules and report on milestones
● Mitigate risks to timelines, escalate issues, and propose solutions
● Manage resource utilization in a shared resource environment
● Deliver reports to key stakeholders about program and project statuses
● Improve company program management processes
● Facilitate communication across internal teams, vendors, and customers

Requirements
● 2-5+ years of Project or Program Management experience in hardware or software
● BS degree in technical/engineering field
● Expert knowledge of scrum, kanban, waterfall, and other methodologies
● Expertise in creating project plans with milestones and deliverables
● Experience working on multiple projects in parallel
● Helpful and thoughtful attitude

Preferred
● Adapts dynamically to the changing priorities within a startup environment and can reformulate schedules and expectations accordingly. While not required, prior start-up experience is a HUGE plus. We are a fast-growing company that works long hours, and your role will continue to expand.
● MS/MBA degree or PMP certification
● Strong familiarity with launching software and hardware products.
● Is very familiar with Jira and the Atlassian Suite of products.

We are venture-funded, and located in silicon valley. We service insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies and have a pipeline of FDA cleared solutions for our customers. We are 20 people, and planning to grow dramatically in the coming year. We also have a pipeline of customers that represent the leaders in the healthcare space.
