About the Role:
As Director of People and Culture, you will be responsible for the Company's global Human Resource function - attracting, developing and retaining world-class talent. Our people and company culture are key to our success so you'll take the lead in building an amazing employee experience from the ground up and ensuring that we have the best recruiting strategy, performance, compensation and retention plans, training and development and company culture. Some international travel may be required from time to time.
You will be reporting directing to the COO and working closely with him to create company process and policy to fit our growing community.
You Are:
an executive with 8+ years of experience in People, Culture and Talent Acquisition functions, is comfortable in a fast-paced global environment
Experienced in leading people and human resources initiatives. You know what to prioritize and how to execute from experience.
A person who wants to have a large impact on the company and may at times wear many hats as we build and grow
Someone with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, matched by strong project management capabilities.
Someone who can think strategically, but implement iteratively. You keep our company engaged and happy and excited to come to work everyday.
Passion for culture. You understand the importance of a company’s culture and its power to drive success.
Data Driven. You embrace using data and metrics to drive a people operations strategy
Experienced in high growth companies. You know what it means to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment without the infrastructure (and bureaucracy) of a larger company. Creativity and resourcefulness are the rules of the road.
