The Role:

Beyond Pricing is looking for its first Sales Operations Analyst to join our quickly growing team. You will have the opportunity to build out the Sales Ops function and manage various aspects of our go-to-market operations. As a key member of the Business Operations team, you will work cross functionally with Beyond Pricing’s GTM Leadership. If you have a strong background in CRM systems such as Salesforce and Hubspot, experience with startups (SaaS), excellent analytical skills, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves and jumping in, then read on!

What You'll Do:

I-mplement and enforce processes and tools that will maintain the integrity and accuracy of Salesforce CRM data
-Assist with the reporting and analysis of weekly and monthly KPIs related to the Go-To-Market organization
-Serve as a liaison to groups such as SDRs, Account Executives, Sales Management, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure everyone is aligned on the importance of data management
-Optimize GTM processes by taking ownership of our salesforce instance: manage and create fields, page layouts, validations, and system permissions
-Use Hubspot and Salesforce to track leads, contacts, and campaigns in an optimal way
-Manage sales commission calculations and reporting

Ideal Candidate:

-2+ years of work experience in Sales Operations working in a SaaS or technology company; Bachelor Degree required
-General Salesforce experience (creating reports to inform decision making, changing permissions, updating fields)
-Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Hubspot, Marketo)
-Superb Excel Skills
-Results oriented with an ability to lead and drive process change
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
-Experience with sales automation tools such as Mixmax and Outreach a +
