BetterYou is seeking a empathetic and results-oriented problem solver to develop customer success. We are seeking someone with a knack for developing and testing process and with excellent verbal and written communications skills. Someone dependable, resourceful and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction here at BetterYou.

Primaries will include:

Implementation planning and execution to hit agreed upon user metrics (headcount)
Running launch campaigns (instagram, facebook, retargeting, contest promotions etc)
Achieve a customer implementation NPS of 60 on a MoM basis
Gathering customer feedback via user interviews held with the product team
Communicating new features and releases
Developing customer relationships to promote retention and loyalty

Secondaries include:
Analyze user engagement with Intercom (onboarding %, retention %)
Collaborate with Product and Development teams for new features


Prior Customer Support and/or Customer Success experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to summarize technical customer issues into notes that are readable by other parties (you can paraphrase a complex issue while writing for comprehension)
Enjoys circumstances where the right answer isn’t always obvious and gets satisfaction out of helping others
