Freelance Remote UXUI Designer for webapp

We're looking for a UX-UI Designer for around 32 hours per week starting ASAP. This is a 2-month minimum engagement and the hours are likely to increase.

The project involves improving an existing live SaaS app and completely redo the onboarding and increase retention. You'll work closely with the product manager at this client.

Requirements:
- You have AT LEAST 3 great looking WEB app designs that you can share with us (websites and mobile apps don't count)
- At least 2 years experience as a UI/UI designer related to webapps
- You take feedback from experienced PM's well and are willing to iterate on designs. On the other hand, you are no pushover and will defend your designs and go against 'bad' ideas.
- Experience with creating clickable prototypes is a big pre (i.e. in invision)
- You design for optimizing business results of the saas app
