About our Marketing Team -

We have a killer marketing team who come with learnings from Flipkart, PayTm, FilterCopy, Dice Media. We listen to a lot of music and do a lot of crazy experiments.

About the role -

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (min. 1 yr experience, max 2 yr experience) with n understanding of Performance Marketing, Affiliate marketing and strong at understanding data.

You shall directly work with our Growth Marketer to -

handle all affiliates marketing piece end to end (40%)
run a lot of data analysis to optimize performance marketing campaigns (40%)
execute crazy growth experiment (20%)

Soft Skills needed for the role -

Growth Hack mindset
Strong communication skill
Strong negotiation skills
Decent sense of design

Hard Skills needed for the role -

Understanding of Performance Marketing
Super strong with Data Analytics
