We are looking for a Sales Enablement Program Manager who is looking to make a large impact in a high-growth sales environment.

* Report directly to the Head of Sales Operations to build Benchling’s first Sales Enablement function.
* Develop and own a sales onboarding program that scales for SMB and Enterprise Account Executives.
* Own the metrics and measurement of Sales performance and ramp time.
* Partner with the Marketing team on sales collateral development, product training and positioning.
* Work with the leadership team to identify training needs and implement learning programs that address them.
* Partner with Sales leaders on hiring, onboarding and ongoing coaching of the Sales team.
* Implement tools and processes that scale knowledge with consistent messaging across the sales team



* Have 3+ years in a Sales Enablement, Sales Operations or Sales role.
* Are excellent at listening to others and expressing ideas in written and oral form.
* Deeply understand Sales and customer needs and the value proposition being offered.
* Are able to partner with several cross-functional teams.
* Have worked across multiple stakeholders.
* Can identify new opportunities and provide sound reasoning for strategy decisions.
* Experience implementing and owning a Learning Management System is a plus.
* Experience working in the Life Sciences industry is a plus.
