We are looking for a passionate Product Marketing Leader who loves selling, loves customers, and loves winning by creating a compelling story for every company.

Responsibilities:

Become an expert on Benchling and develop product positioning for different clients and use cases
Partner with sales on building an effective sales process that showcases the strengths of Benchling
Participate in sales deals to gather first-hand intelligence on customer needs and objections
Build a sales enablement program and run regular sales training sessions
Create killer sales tools including presentations, demos, and competitive positioning
Field ad hoc content and support requests from the sales team
Engage with customers on case studies and ROI analyses
Develop product packaging and pricing
Build strong analyst relations to influence deals and get coverage in reports
Collaborate on marketing programs including events, webinars, and thought-leadership content

Background/Qualifications:

Minimum 4-5 years in product/product marketing for an enterprise software company
Good understanding of sales and experience partnering with account executives
Knowledge of life sciences (either through work or education) a plus
Outstanding ability to translate ideas and complex concepts into simple, intuitive messages
Sharp, analytical, and willing to question the status quo
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter with a dynamic, confident personality
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and wear multiple hats
Creative and strategic thinker
