We are seeking:

An ambitious, bright, and entrepreneurial growth marketer to join our Growth & Marketing team. The ideal candidate is a data-driven growth marketer or analyst with experience in testing and optimizing digital channels - specifically paid social, e-mail, and retargeting. Primary responsibility will be reporting and analyzing marketing channel performance in detail and deriving recommendations to achieve our ambitious acquisition, retention, and reactivation goals.

You are:
- A new grad or somebody with 1-2 years of experience
- Data-driven
- Intellectually curious, and acts upon that curiosity with well-designed tests
- Strategic & critical thinker – you get the smaller and the bigger picture
- Creative and independent
- Understand key business KPIs (CAC, CPA, LTV, etc)
- Not afraid to fail

You have:
- Designed and tested unique growth strategies aimed at customer acquisition
- Programming knowledge: even if it’s not compulsory, it is recommended
- Excellence with Excel
- Willing to learn and expand technical skills (e.g. SQL, Tableau)
- A degree from a highly competitive college (GPA 3.6 and above)

You will:
- Analyze effectiveness of marketing campaigns across both online channels
- Conduct weekly sales reporting on business KPIs
- Run A/B testing – drive creative testing and analyze long-term effectiveness of test campaigns versus control creatives
- Perform deep dive analyses using data analytics to gather business insights and make recommendations
- Manage relationships with external agencies that manage sales channels; track and analyze data exchange between Bellhops and agencies

About Our Growth Team
We're a testing culture with a passion for answering "what if...". We're a multi-disciplinary team with the budget, tech, and design resources needed to act and learn extremely fast. It's normal to launch a test within hours of thinking it up, and team members are given freedom and ownership over their channels and tests.
