About the Opportunity

Beamery is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to help us shape the go-to-market strategy essential to Beamery becoming the platform that businesses need to solve their talent problems. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Revenue Operations, you’ll be a foundational member of our Revenue Ops team, working to drive efficiency and operational excellence in every department involved with our go-to-market strategy. You will analyze data, solve problems, and build the process that power Beamery’s success.

What will you be doing at Beamery?

* Enable our Sales and CS teams to be as efficient as possible
* Partner with team leads to increase their teams’ efficiency and effectiveness
* Partner with Marketing to refine lead qualification/routing process
* Help design, build, rollout, and maintain process related to revenue operations
* Manage the day to day user requests and escalations within Salesforce or other connected platforms
* Be responsible for data collection, reporting, and analysis
* Present data backed insights and solutions to hurdles slowing our progress
* Partner with our external agencies and vendors to improve our success
* Creating and maintaining Sales Department policies, procedures, training manuals, and sales-related resource materials

Who are we looking for?

* 3-5 years of experience in sales operations
* Current Salesforce Admin Certification or requisite business experience
* Experience in enterprise software sales/service operations
* Expert level Excel skills
* A self starter that thrives on learning and continued improvement
* A forward thinker that sees the big picture and designs scalable processes rather than point solutions
* Someone who wakes up at night thinking about data quality or how we might route leads more effectively
* An innate curiosity that drives them to always look for a better way and the experience to know when to stop
* Someone with a data first approach and a bias towards action
* The ability to interpret data and leverage it to drive change
