Inbound Sales Development Representative

We’re seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative to support the sales/marketing team through various channels and projects. The projects you’ll work on will have a direct impact on Beamery as an organization and will set you up to take on more responsibility as you grow. This job will provide you with relevant experience in soft skills, operational insight, and overall business acumen. You’ll sit in a cross-functional role between sales, marketing, and operations, empowering all three teams through lead qualification, event management, and data enrichment. We over-invest in the growth of every new hire, and we're looking for someone who wants to make an immediate impact and progress through the ranks of our team. This role is a great jumping-off point for individuals who are interested in diving into a start-up technology company and gain experience in multiple areas.


As an iSDR, you’ll develop new business opportunities from inbound and marketing-generated leads, while identifying target accounts for the oSDR and AE team to break into.

Success in this role will be measured by meeting target quotas related to the number of qualified opportunities, the value of the sales pipeline, and closed business. You’ll report, track, and manage sales activities and results using Salesforce.com while also playing an active role in the creation and iteration of team processes.

You will be responsible for being on the front lines of the business, representing the Beamery brand to prospects and the general talent acquisition space.

Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and operations - completing projects that empower all three teams to push Beamery to the next level of success.

Work closely with the Outside Business Development Team to support their outbounding process and ensure they’re reaching out to the most qualified prospects.

Build campaigns that target specific segments of our ideal customers and pivot based on the feedback from each campaign

Become highly efficient in sales and marketing tools - ranging from outreach tools to Salesforce.com
