As our Senior UX Researcher, you will be part of a small, but growing UX Design & UX Research team that will report to the Senior UX Director and will be guided day-to-day by the UX Research Lead.

The right candidate will be a champion for our users by bringing their perspective to the table through sound research and solid knowledge of user-centered design practices.

This role will require practical execution of research in both primary and support roles. Success will be measured by advocating for users and ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of discussions and decisions made for our products and services. 

Our research needs are broad, from understanding the client and consumer perspective through contextual inquiry and journey mapping to validating UX Design concepts through card sorting and usability testing.  We are looking for individuals with strong skills in qualitative and quantitative research, as well as strong skills in presenting findings to internal and client teams.

The right candidate will be an excellent communicator, both a tactical and strategic thinker, informed about UI design and the user-centered design process, experienced with social platforms, comfortable in a fast-moving organization, passionate about collaboration, and focused on bringing the best digital and service experiences to our clients and consumers, globally.  


·         Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to understand business epics that need validation through research

·         Generate insights that both drive ideation and influence design solutions

·         Conduct research using a wide variety of methods, and interpret analysis through the lens of Product and UX Design

·         Conduct heuristic evaluations of products, services and processes

·         Work cross-functionally with UX Design, Product Management, Content Strategy, Engineering, Sales and Marketing

·         Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways

Essential Criteria:

·         Degree in human-computer interaction, anthropology, market research, information science, or a related field

·         7+ years of experience in applied product research

·         Experience with survey creation and dissemination using Qualtrics

·         Experience facilitating contextual inquiry, journey mapping and usability testing sessions

·         Experience conducting end-user research

·         Experience with principles of Accessibility

·         Ability to clearly communicate complex, research-informed data analytics to a lay audience
