As the Agile coach for the Austin office, you will guide and assist leaders throughout the Agile Journey, ensuring they have the mindset and understanding to create the environment to “BE Agile”. You will foster and grow servant leadership teams that leverage world class agile practices. You will be accountable for building and maintaining a framework for measuring the delivery of business value.  


## What You'll Be Doing:

- Serve in the role of “Agile Coach” through championing, training, and mentoring across the organization and in the community. 
- Establish a mature and healthy agile environment within the context and support of our organizational values.
- Collaborate with Agile coaches across global R&D centers to define and steer the organization's agile reinvigoration strategy.
- Provide the framework and measures of continuous improvements in operational capabilities to optimize business value.
- Generate consistent reporting capabilities of business value delivery.
- Coordinate between and among Agile teams for progress and impediment resolution.
- Clearly define enterprise-wide guidelines (e. g, DoD, SM, and PO qualifications and responsibilities).
- Ensure strong organizational information flow (scaling the coach).
- Collaborate with executive leadership team on portfolio alignment for Scrum, Kanban, and other processes.
- Facilitate organizational learning, change management, and Agile process adoption through metrics, benefits realization, outcomes, and retrospective findings.

## What You Need (Essential Criteria):

- Demonstrated prior success as an Agile Transformation/Reinvigoration leader in a SaaS Software Development organization.
- 3+ years of Agile coaching experience with Scrum.
- 3+ years of experience coaching teams leveraging Lean and/or Kanban methodologies.
- 5+ years with Agile and team collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, VersionOne, Rally, or Kanban tools such as Leankit, Kanbanize, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems or related.
- Demonstrated experience leading and working with high performing teams, creating commitment and enthusiasm to achieve goals.
- Ability to coach your boss when needed.
- Experience coaching self-organizing teams and supporting them to reach their goals.
- Experience cooperating with agile and non-agile teams.
- Willing to travel 5% of the year. 


## What Would Be Nice (Desired Criteria):

- One or more related agile practitioner certifications (CSM, CSPO, PSM, PMI-ACP).
- Experience in the role of a software developer, product manager, or project manager.
- Experience supporting research and algorithm-development teams.
- Experience working with and managing offshore, nearshore, or outsourced teams.
- Experience with large scale retail web provisioning software solutions.
- MBA or other Masters level education.
- Additional exposure or certifications with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Additional exposure or certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP).
- Experience speaking as an industry or community influencer.
