Bazaarvoice is offering an exciting opportunity for a Commissions Analyst supporting our global Sales and Client Success organization. This position will help us manage the day-to-day operations of our commissions program and be an expert in our Xactly Incent compensation system. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is motivated to learn.  


## What You'll Be Doing:

- Administer commission plans for BV’s Sales and Client Success teams consisting of 200+ individuals located throughout North America, Europe and Australia
- Manage process for gathering, maintaining and auditing all input files and data elements used for commission calculations and ensure proper results in Xactly Incent commissions system
- Responsible for reviewing and testing commission payment reports for accuracy and completeness and obtaining all necessary approvals to process monthly commission payments
- Prepare journal entries and reconciliations related to commissions activity
- Be an expert in Xactly Incent commissions system to ensure proper calculations of commissions
- Research and resolve commission-related inquiries from the Sales and Client Success teams
- Perform ad hoc requests related to commissions analysis and reporting


## Skills and Experience Necessary for the Role:

- Bachelor's degree required with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting preferred
- 1+ years of Finance or Accounting experience
- Expertise in MS Excel– expert in pivot tables, complex formulas, lookup functions, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and highly organized and thorough


## Desirable Skills:

- Hands-on sales commission processing
- Experience with Xactly Incent and/or Salesforce
