We are looking for a well organized, detail-oriented, self-starter who is knowledgeable regarding all corporate collections responsibilities. You should demonstrate continuous ability to multi-task with limited supervision and must be able to thrive under pressure to meet deadlines. You should have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities effectively.


## Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the collection activities for a portion of the North American A/R portfolio, including large international clients
- Manage Collection-related escalations and drive account suspensions and suspension resolution timely and efficiently
- Locate and contact clients about outstanding obligations
- Send out past due notices for delinquent accounts or for missed settlement payments
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding incorrect collection attempts
- Report address changes and maintain files about clients for correct and current contact information
- Independently makes decisions within established guidelines and limits.
- Work with Sales, External Customers, and other relevant areas of the business to resolve issues related to incorrect billings and any disputes raised by the customer
- Meet weekly & monthly collection & DSO goals


## Necessary Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience, with progressive experience in collections
- Experience collecting large enterprise accounts and interpreting non-standard agreements
- Experience with outsource providers and vendor management
- Organized, detail-oriented, and demonstrates continuous ability to multi-task with limited supervision and able to thrive under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to speak persuasively and listen critically
- Demonstrated skill in negotiating and resolving conflicts
- Experience in root cause analysis and solution implementation to deliver operational success
- Experience in SaaS is a distinct advantage
- Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.com preferred
- Experience in Excel
