The Platform Team at Bazaarvoice is responsible for the technical on boarding of our core platform.  The service offerings of the practice primarily include but are not limited to:

- Product/ Platform Implementation Services – including the optional business, technical and integration tasks that a customer could use for assistance in getting operational on a Product or Platform.

- Assistance with consulting and support with KPI establishment, technical design and configuration, training and enablement, code and data integration, and testing and troubleshooting.

- These services are delivered in the form of statements of work (SOW) and projects and are deemed “complete” upon the conclusion of the project per the terms of the SOW.

The Role

The Technical Implementation Consultant (TIC) proactively engages with the Client throughout the length of the project with the overall objective of getting Clients live with Bazaarvoice Solutions i their environment thereby decreasing the overall Client Time to Value (TTV) to an absolute minimum. This is a hybrid role that incorporates both business and technical skills and experience. The role is primarily responsible for training, enablement and support to a Client’s business and technical teams on Bazaarvoice products, implementation best practices and technical interdependencies.

Who We’re Looking For

The Bazaarvoice services team is looking for candidates experienced with delivering Web technologies in a professional services capacity delivering the scope of work in an allocated number of hours and days. This individual will be responsible for all phases of the clients’ projects including planning, design, implementation, configuration, data transformation, training and transition to other teams. 

## Minimum Qualifications:

- 2+ years working experience with Web 2.0 technologies ((even better if this experience was in an ecommerce environment).  This includes past experience with coding or scripting for websites or web components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, XML, etc. using common programming and software development concepts. 
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills using industry-accepted best-practices and tools
- Prior experience in a customer-facing technology role
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 

## Preferred Qualifications:

- A high sense of urgency with an understanding around delivering the highest amount of value in the least amount of time
- Demonstrated experience in taking consultative approach to understand client objectives and working with clients to guide them towards an implementation that meets established objectives
- Experience guiding SaaS clients through implementation/onboarding
- Working in an agile environment with an understanding of operating lean
- The ability to manage multiple ongoing projects at a time while maintaining high quality results
- The ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving technology and business environment
- Coding School Certification
