**This will be a 9 month contract initially with possible option to go on a permanent contract.**

**Who We’re Looking For:**

As Implementation QA Analyst for Bazaarvoice you will be part of a team responsible for ensuring the quality of our client’s implementation.  In this role, you will follow testing steps to ensure the initial technical setup of a Bazaarvoice client is sound.


To be a successful Implementation QA Analyst at Bazaarvoice, your first priority will be our client’s success. We take pride in the excellence we provide to every customer. We multi-task well, communicate directly, and lead by example.  

You will need to understand the inner-workings of the Bazaarvoice products and the nuances that can impact our client’s technical health and overall satisfaction.  You should be able to look at problems at a high level, but must also be very detail-oriented in order to troubleshoot problems in specific detail.

**Essential skills and experience required for the role:**

·       Experience working with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

·       Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to make recommendations based on results of assessments

·       Experience working with business partners to maintain usable data and reports

·       Ability to work under pressure and deliver

·       Exemplary communication skills

·       Proven track record with proactively identifying areas of improvement and effective solutions

·       Passion, energy and a strong, collaborative work ethic

·       Proven ability to ramp-up quickly and be a self-starter

·       Passion for high quality solutions. You care about quality from the start so that our clients don’t have to revisit their code once it’s in production.

·       A true hunger for knowledge and desire to grow as a technologist

·       BA/BBA/BS or equivalent education

**Nice to have:**

·       Experience working in a high volume queue

·       Experience working in the SaaS industry

·       Experience developing and/or executing technical requirements for software development or SAAS implementations

·       Experience writing and/or maintaining documentation

·       Understanding and knowledge of quality assurance processes and methods 

·       Experience providing quality assurance services
