In this role you will have the opportunity to optimize sales processes and manage reporting on a wide range of data and metrics. You will be a key part of our Sales Operations team impacting the success of our Global Revenue Organization. We are seeking a highly motivated professional with experience analyzing operational metrics, KPIs, and data in general to guide sales leaders though the use of tools and technology, not gut feelings and high hopes. In this position you will be a trusted business partner collaborating with colleagues throughout Sales & Sales Operations, Client Success, Marketing, Finance, and just about every other team we have here at Bazaarvoice.

## Responsibilities & Attributes:

- You thrive in problem solving. You have the insight to identify problems, address a problem, and collaboratively develop a solution
- Extensive experience in sales performance reporting, analytics, KPI and dashboard development. You really want to build measurement and tracking tools to put data at the center of decision making. You like data. You like data a lot.
- You love Excel and analytics. You can do complex analyses to identify trends and make insightful business recommendations
- Extensive experience with mapping processes, detailing requirements, and managing change to business process across people, process and technology
- Provide support to market assessment and strategic planning initiatives
- Ability to analyze data and present it in an understandable way to senior sales leadership
- Ability to lead projects and assist in the prioritization of requests and assignments
- Work across a global organization to ensure consistent reporting and operations across the organization
- Create value-add reporting and dashboards that facilitate business decisions throughout the organization and provides clarity on performance from a rep level and all the way up the organization
- Perform regular ad hoc analysis for various departments throughout the organization
- You can work on your own to solve a problem, but also can collaborate with others and value their perspectives as other perspectives lead to better solutions
- Discern the most efficient way to build/update/manipulate data-sets that source accurate and timely reporting
- Respond to requests from Sales management to build additional reporting capabilities

## Qualifications & Attributes:

- Proactive, entrepreneurial, go-getter spirit
- Self-starter, able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment with a natural ownership mentality
- 5+ years of work experience, preferably in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, Finance, or Operations
- High-level attention to detail and accuracy
- Top notch communication, extremely organized, exemplary time management skills
- Experience working with and across multiple teams
- Experience in data visualizations and building scalable reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations.
- Flexible; ability to adapt to changing priorities and operate with a sense of urgency
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities at the same time
- Demonstrated understanding of good data integrity
- Energized by a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Clear, strategic thinker with vision, with the ability to execute on priorities
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong Salesforce skills
- Experience with Tableau preferred
