Sales Executive/Business Development - Accessories

Responsibilities:
*Own and manage key partnerships with businesses to buyers from pitch to develop and follow through on execution of long-term strategies
*Proactively assess, clarify and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis
*Develop revenue pipelines and proven track record in the apparel/accessory industry
*Reinforce our position as a leading performance-based channel by staying on top of industry trends and developing solutions that meet our partners' needs
*Act as the face of the brand and representative with major networking events to help grow the business
*Work cross-functionally to resolve issues that impact our business, our partners and consumers
*Attend client meetings and industry conferences as needed
*Deliver and exceed against quarterly and semi-annual revenue targets
*Clear communication, organized, detail-oriented, and works well with a diverse team
*Positive attitude, collaborative and adaptable with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and works well with a diverse team

Experience:
*PREVIOUS FASHION AND/OR ACCESSORY EXPERIENCE SALES WITH BUYERS
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent
*A minimum of 4-5 years excelling in a sales or business development role experience in the fashion, apparel, or accessory industry and relationships with buyers
*A minimum of 2-3 years of management and experience building and scaling account managers or sales teams
*Experience working with marketing/executive leaders within client organizations
*Demonstrated ability to build and scale processes and strategies to drive new revenue for the business
*Proven experience increasing year over year revenue as both an individual contributor and manager
*Analytical approach to identifying and solving client issues
*Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications skills
*Proficient in Microsoft Suite Products, Google Suite, & Salesforce
Interest and knowledge in the fashion, commerce, and/or tech space
*Salary available retroactive after pilots and contracts begin, approximately 4 - 6 months after joining the team. Compensation = salary + commission. PT to FT for the right candidate.*
