We believe the days of store front real estate agency is declining. with a growing amount of consumers and more specifically property searchers looking online, bringing technology into real estate will take the industry to a new era.

Key roles

- Work closely with the team to perform client acquisition
- Work closely with the team to perform listing acquisition
- Perform bespoke service to property searchers
- Negotiate with big landlords / developers
- Adapt to BackHome Academy sales funneling
- Constantly communicate with our clients and build up rapport at the same time.
- Fulfill and exceed personal monthly targets

Requirements

- Passionate in Startups is a MUST;
- Passionate in Real Estate is an advantage;
- No experience requirements, we will train you to become a professional negotiator (Fresh Graduate Welcomed)
- Discipline is key as the job requires a lot of time out of the office meeting clients and viewings;
- Knowledge and interests in the real estate industry;
- Great communication skills both through different media such as face-to-face, email, phone, and Whatsapp.
