About The Role
You’ll play the role of product expert, empowering our clients to achieve their business goals, owning the success of Fortune 500 companies’s data automation efforts. Between developing collaborative relationships to drive strong user adoption and educating customers on the most effective way to use BackboneAI products, you’ll also act as the voice of the customer for the internal team. Partnering with sales, product, and engineering, we’ll be looking to you to ensure our customers stay informed, engaged, and heard.

Responsibilities

  • Own the health and success of your customers from go-live through to renewal and expansion
  • Proactively engage your clients at the right times to demonstrate value and identify opportunities for growth and advocacy
  • Use data insights to track client health, and forecast and mitigate risk of churn
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to synthesize customer feedback and drive product development that maps back to the needs of BackboneAI’s customers
  • Partner with sales counterparts to ensure renewal and expansion opportunities are planned, forecasted and actioned efficiently
  • Contribute to the scalability of the customer success team through documentation and process optimization

Required Skills / Background

  • 5+ years experience as a Customer Success leader at a SaaS company and working with demanding enterprise-size accounts
  • Ability to juggle accounts simultaneously with outstanding attention to detail
  • Confidence influencing product, success, and sales teams to get things done
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong project management and communication skills
  • Superb client-facing skills and enthusiasm, high energy, poise, and confidence
  • Able to articulate the value proposition of a platform to meet client needs
  • Collaborative with both technical and business teams
  • Domain knowledge of supply chain and/or industrial products is a plus Some travel required (20-25%)
