You will manage inbound leads and outbounds calls to grow primarily our enterprise/commercial business. You are customer-oriented, comfortable in a less-defined environment, self-motivated to close, and content to work cross-functionally and passionate about the impact of indoor environment on saving energy costs and improving human health.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond quickly and thoroughly to inbound leads through CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities by contacting potential customers through cold calls, emails, and leveraging social media
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual volume and revenue targets through qualifying leads within assigned territory
  • Act as a brand ambassador, developing a thorough knowledge base of Awair products and pricing; stay abreast on smart building and workplace health industry and market trends and opportunities; and understand our competitors
  • Utilize CRM, ensuring timely and accurate data entry of information; leverage reporting to track prospects, analyze trends
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Proactively managing client relationship-building initiatives to establish long-term trust with clients
  • Participate in other departmental and cross-functional projects as needed or requested

Minimum Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 2+ years or professional work experience in sales, inside sales or customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in undefined and rapidly growing environment
  • Proven work experience in a customer service environment or as a Business Development Representative
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Goal-oriented
  • Experience with CRM software a plus
  • Experience with Software as a Service (SAAS) a plus
  • Experience with smart building, air quality, construction, building maintenance, facilities management or similar a plus
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Ability to work onsite in San Francisco South of Market office
  • Authorized to work in United States without sponsorship
