As a Sr. Account Executive, you will develop, manage, and close sales opportunities. This an amazing opportunity to come as an early founding member. You’ll be the first sales hire and we’ll be building an incredible sales team around you.

At Avoma we’re building an innovative solution for Sales and Customer Success people and you will be able to not only sell our product but also give feedback based on your experience and shape up the direction of the product.

Your responsibilities will be:
• Generate and foster leads through cold calling, cold emailing and social selling
• Schedule calls with prospects to qualify leads and opportunities
• Negotiate and close deals, preferably multi-year deals, with the expectation of meeting and exceeding targets
• Keep all sales tools updated with the latest information and data
• Accurately forecast, track, and report revenue on a quarterly and annual basis

You should have below to be successful:
• Positive attitude and proactive work ethic
• 5+ years of experience as a Account Executive
• Experience selling B2B SaaS products
• Experience in cold calling and cold emailing
• Excellent written communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
• Organized and strong time management skills
• A sense of urgency and persistence
• A self-motivator, creative, results-driven, and solution oriented
• 4-year degree from a college or university
• Experience using Salesforce CRM

• Strong references from previous customers and employers
• Experience with enterprise sales
• Trained in consultative/value based selling
• Knowledge of data-driven processes to improve the sales process
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence technologies and tools
