Customer Service Officer

We are looking for a Customer Service professional with superior communication skills and a great work ethic to join our team.


Duties and Responsibilities:-
- Handle inbound calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Follow up with customers by outbound calls
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method/ tools
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related service level agreement (SLA) and standards
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through superior customer service and communication skills
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customers’ enquiries/ feedback
- Participate in customer service-related projects
- To provide administrative, clerical support, and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company
- Shift duty is required: 09-18:00/ 10-19:00; Mondays to Fridays


Qualifications:-
- University graduate in business areas, or other discipline
- IIQE Paper 1 and 2 are required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in call centre, and with customer service experience in general insurance products preferred
- Strong customer-focus mindset
- Proactive, independent, self-motivated with strong communication skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese, including Putonghua
- Knowledge of Chinese typing
- PC literate in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
