SaaS platform for Talent Acquisition & Talent Management
The Role
Our collaborative team of designers give an intuitive and user-friendly interface to our sophisticated platform, aiming to provide our customers with the best experience. Usability is a key component of the Avature product, so our UX designers are involved in its development, defining best practices and UX methodologies to be implemented, and designing new features as well.
Challenges and objectives:
Help to implement an increasing amount of UX methodologies, which conveys the growth of our user research and amount of testing, as well as the promotion of decision validation with real-life data
Work with different product-based solutions, which means interacting with diverse scenarios, user personas and requirements.
Day-to-day activities:
Design new features or solutions from scratch, producing wireframes, high fidelity mockups and iterating designs with others
Enhance our UX methodologies by defining user personas, collect real data through UI clicks or queries, and perform user testing to validate decisions
Brainstorm with the team on the described activities
About you:
Knowledge on user interface design and software prototyping
Experience in designing products or features that involved wire framing, testing and iterations
Understanding of user personas definition
Ability to analyze and synthesize information from different sources, so as to propose design solutions and validations
Constant learning and updating of UX methodologies
High collaborative personality
Fluent oral and written English
