Senior Server Developer - Ruby on Rails

We are looking for a senior developer to join the Avaamo Engineering team.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. MS or BS in Computer Science or related subject.
2. Five (5) years of professional development experience.
3. Played the role of a core engineer for 3 years in at least one project/product.
4. Excellent proficiency in Object Oriented JavaScript
5. Working knowledge of Ruby on Rails or Node.js


Key Skills:

Understands what world-class quality means
Experience with one of Vue, AngularJS or Backbone or similar
Thorough understanding of browser local cache
Thorough knowledge of HTML, CSS and Object Oriented JavaScript
Write clean code.
Thorough knowledge of various security issues in browser applications and ability to fix them.
Knowledge of LESS or Saas
Proficient in responsive design
