Senior Solutions Consultant/Sales Engineer

We are looking for a lead sales engineer/scientist for our conversational AI platform. This person will be collaborating closely with our sales team on large enterprise accounts. In addition this person will also be working with the engineering teams on tuning the machine learning algorithms and training data to drive higher levels of accuracy in specific domains.


To be successful in this role, you must have a strong technical expertise and knowledge of machine learning/data mining background, both theoretically and in practical applications

Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Bachelors/Master’s in computer science or related fields (statistics, applied math, computational neuroscience)
• Good grasp and understanding of business applications and their APIs, middleware and integration
• Deliver interactive presentations and product demos.
• Strong background on machine learning and data mining with a broad understanding of unsupervised and supervised learning methods.
• Strong mathematical skills with knowledge of statistical methods
• Proven software development skills and experience
• Experience with traditional data storage platforms and distributed systems such as Hadoop.
• Present to all levels of the organization - from practitioner to C-level and Engage with multiple business units including software engineering, operations, product management and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and a keen sense of understanding on presenting value proposition to CXO’s of large enterprises
