Who Are We Looking For?

A Business Development Associate, with a keen eye for detail and the drive to put in the long yards.


What Do We Need From You?

• You need to come across as a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain razor-sharp about the VR/AR industry.
• You will develop strategies for Customer-Outreach, CRM, and improving our Social Media footprint.
• You must Identify potential clients & decision-makers across target markets and collate appropriate research on the prospective intenders.
• You can design meaningful, relevant content to support the sales team leading the pitch.
• You should follow up with these potential clients and maintain a channel of communication with promising leads.


What skills are required of you?

• Adept at discussing extempore on several topics, but especially, on current events in tech.
• The ability to read, digest, interpret and speak intelligently about immersive tech.
• Have an attention to detail, with a good knack for numbers.
• Able to think quickly & meet deadlines. Successful proposals actually do leave the outbox!
• Write in a concise and cohesive manner.
• A basic knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint et al.


What Can I Look Forward To?

We need you to be inquisitive, ambitious, and ready to work off the contagious energy in our team.

We are looking to rapidly expand our clientele and operations at scale, and at the outset you will be expected to contribute in multiple areas – market research, presales lead generation, content creation to support our sales team, actively scope, interact and seek out contacts in the industry & beyond.

As you grow into your role, rest assured you will be intimately involved with every aspect a full sales cycle – developing relationships with our clients, negotiating contracts, tackling some legalese and closing deals, creating and countering proposals for clients, and of course, actual product delivery & account management.
