We are changing the hearing aid industry with our first end-to-end online hearing aid solution - from testing to product delivery. POSITION DESCRIPTION
To help even more people and transform even more lives Audicus is currently looking for an experienced and tenacious Performance Marketer to drive our customer acquisition efforts. You will be reporting directly to the VP of Marketing and take the lead role in defining the strategy, and implementing the actions needed, for user and revenue growth.
This role will work in close partnership with our Product Marketer, our Brand Marketer, our Product team, our Operations team, and Sales team, to orchestrate all the resources of our business to feed and optimize a multi channel sales funnel that help gets as many people as possible to start their hearing solution journey.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Run our paid digital media (SEM, Paid Social, Video, Display, and Affiliates)
  • Manage, forecast and optimize our seven-figure budget
  • Optimize our website to maximize prospect engagement, lead generation and conversions
  • Lead our marketing analytics efforts, including attribution of success to investment
  • Own our Ad Tech Stack strategy and implementation
  • Own our SEO efforts
  • Own our Marketing Automation

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Between 4 to 6 years experience in digital performance marketing
  • Track record of handling similar paid media investments
  • Experience with DTC or Startups

YOUR SKILLS

  • A highly data-driven, analytical and detail-oriented mind
  • Ability to share information and gain alignment from stakeholders when needed
  • Ability to prioritize your focus to meet deadlines when working on multiple projects
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce funnels and metrics
  • Strong understanding of Lead Generation

YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF TOOLS

  • You have expert experience with paid media (ie Google, Bing, Facebook, Retargeting)
  • You have expert experience with web analytics tools (ie Google Analytics)
  • You have advanced experience with SEO tools (ie Moz/Google Search Console)
  • You have advanced experience with marketing automation platforms (ie Autopilot/Pardot/Hubspot)
  • You have strong experience with website tagging tools (ie Google Tag Manager)
  • You have strong experience with data visualization tools (ie Tableau, Looker)
  • You have intermediate experience with web optimization tools (ie VWO/Optimizely/Hotjar)
  • You have intermediate experience with CRM databases (ie Salesforce)
  • You have some experience with web publishing tools ie (Wordpress and Woo Commerce)
  • You have some experience with Web Design & Build (ie HTML, CSS and Github)
