Through our hearing test applications (mobile and desktop) and our online hearing aid delivery model, our hearing solutions can save consumers up to 70% on advanced hearing aids (typically at $6000/pair).

Audicus is looking for a VP of Sales and Customer Experience that can drive the direct-to-consumer (B2C) sales and support strategy. The role consists of:
- Leading division of 10 sales and support professionals
- Owning lead conversion funnels, processes and analytics
- Setting up and optimizing sales/CRM systems
- Establishing clear recruiting protocols and organizational development
- Delivering unparalleled customer experience that in turn drives fans & referrals

This role is ideal for a hands-on team builder that loves leading ambitious sales individuals and providing a first-class customer experience. Practical sales experience and/or acumen is a huge plus and a willingness to roll-up sleeves and obsess about our customers with a first-principles mindset. Analytical problem-solvers that can think strategically about processes & systems and thrive in fast-paced environments will particularly enjoy this role.

- +8 years experience
- Must have built and led teams, preferably in sales and customer-facing roles
- Previous hands-on experience in a sales capacity
- Built up or optimized process protocols, systems and analytics
- Has either led or actively participated in business/divisional strategy
- Early-stage startup experience a huge plus

- Strong leadership and team-building skills (recruiting, training and motivation)
- High confidence in the role, with strong empathy for end-customer and team
- Fast-paced, analytical and hands-on problem solver
- Creative thinker that can work under intense time/resource constraints
