We are looking for 0-3 years experienced Inside Sales Manager. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible to acquire new clients through telephonic discussions. Ultimately, the Inside Sales Manager should be an excellent performer and contribute towards customers’ satisfaction and company's success.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Should have excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Should have a positive, go-getter attitude and ability to work under pressure

• Need to follow up with old and new leads and convert them as enrolments.

• Provide business consulting services to prospects.

• Take ownership of the complete product

• Build good rapport with existing customers to generate more referral leads

• Provide regular reports and updates to management on lead conversion

• Handle website enquiries

• Demonstration of the product and concept pitching.

• Effective networking with industry partners

• Understanding the sales cycles

• Effectively closing inbound leads.

• Effective verbal, presentation and listening communication

• Planning and organizing events

• Prior Experience in sales, business development, and career counseling is a big plus
