We are looking for a Sales Executive to build out the Attilah team. You’ll be the first point of client contact, making you responsible for educating and evangelizing the Attilah brands. You’ll learn and cultivate the skills needed to succeed in a sales organization backed by an emerging hemp industry.
Our ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented self-starter. They have excellent communication skills and sound great on the phone.
You will report to the Director of Sales and will coordinate with our sales and marketing teams to help achieve the company’s goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute sales strategies, update forecasts, and deliver results for new and existing natural, grocery, e-commerce customers in alignment with the company’s broader strategic plan.
- Identify and target new sales opportunities in the U.S.
- Learn and cultivate an interest in, and understanding of, our company, product, deployment, and the hemp industry.
- Own geographic markets while managing and growing a robust pipeline
- Manage broker relationships at all levels to maintain focus on the Attilah brand and the key targets, objectives, and initiatives that are critical to the sales strategy.
- Proactively manage all communications with a high volume of prospective customers across verticals.
- Screen prospective customers to ensure that they meet our product-market fit.
- Build and cultivate relationships via email and phone to set meetings for sales.
- Provide customer feedback with the operations team to improve product line quality control.
-Provide feedback to the marketing team to continuously improve the point of sale and collateral materials
Who you are:
- You have a minimum of 5 years successfully selling products or solutions to business
- You’re persuasive and have excellent negotiation and presentation skills. You can effectively communicate with senior business executives at the “C” level and are comfortable articulating business value
- Ability to set goals, prioritize tasks, and achieve success with minimal oversight in a sometimes ambiguous work environment.
- You have excellent time management skills, and work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction
- You’re highly competitive, ramp quickly, are extremely adaptive, and pride yourself on exceeding sales goals
- You are able to travel as necessary to pursue new business
*This is a commissioned role.
