Our student enrollment process is very crucial to help us identify all the deserving and aligned students. We are looking for a highly purpose-driven individual to maintain, improve and grow our student enrollment process. This role comes with big responsibilities, aggressive targets, high-growth and the potential for a huge impact.

You will be responsible for -
Counselling (Phone / VOIP) students at different stages in the funnel with the goal of leading deserving students to conversions.
Working with the team on improving student acquisition through Digital Marketing.
Tracking the student enrollment paperwork and setting up processes for the same.
Redesigning and improving the internal student enrollment funnel.
Identifying and suggesting improvements in the external student enrollment process.
Identifying and suggesting new avenues for student acquisition.

Ideal Candidate -
Must have -
Effective and proficient in English communication. Extrovert personality.
Background in or understanding of software development education.
1 to 2 years of work experience.
Demonstrated work experience in a high volumes B2C sales (B2C customer-facing) role.
Demonstrated work experience at being an effective organizer in a fast-paced chaotic work environment.
Demonstrated work experience at taking ownership in high demand situations, meeting and exceeding targets.

Good to have -
Work experience in using digital methods for managing and setting up acquisition funnels.
Work experience with customers in the 21 to 24 years age group in the education domain.

You'll be required to work out of the Indiranagar, Bangalore office and collaborate closely with other team members and students.

Fixed pay is Rs. 4 Lakhs per year.
Performance-based variable pay is up to Rs. 8 Lakhs per year.
Variable pay is set against clearly defined and achievable targets.
Variable pay will be calculated and disbursed Quarterly.

We follow a no negotiation policy when it comes to compensation.
We have fair compensations given the role, level and stage of the company.
