As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Terminal, you will support the Talent Acquisition team and interact with all levels within the organization in order to execute the recruitment process, as well as support team projects. You will have a direct impact on the candidate journey and be the expert in scheduling and coordinating interviews.


What You’ll Do:
* Schedule and coordinate onsite and off-site interviews in a timely fashion
* Coordinate the logistics for out of town candidates, including hotel accommodations and registration with travel agencies
* Reach out to interviewers, recruiters, client recruiting coordinators, and executive assistants to finalize lineups
* Create a high touch, “best in class” candidate experience
* Update candidate status in the applicant tracking system
* Field questions and scheduling requests from employees
* Perform various ad hoc duties, including background verification via third party vendor
* Uphold a high level of confidentiality at all times
* Prepare and send new hire paperwork to candidates ensuring legislation requirements are met
* Perform and complete a variety of daily tasks such as creating requisitions and posting job descriptions on various career websites
* Work closely in a team environment with the ability to partner with diverse teams and across multiple locations
* Participate with team projects and lead improvement efforts for daily and tactical recruiting processes

What We Are Looking For:
* 2+ years experience in a coordination function, preferably in recruitment
* Manage a high volume of daily tasks and coordination requests; comfortable working with ambiguity
* Team player with the ability to connect and interact with people from a variety of backgrounds
* Exceptional problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
* Experience with Google Suite
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to blend friendliness and professionalism
* Ability to exercise discretion, work independently, and adapt quickly to new systems
* Strong customer support focus
* Skilled at effectively managing and prioritizing escalations or business critical situations
* Ability to prioritize and complete projects by deadlines
