Terminal is looking for a full-time IT Support Specialist to support the rapid growth of our Vancouver office. This role will report directly to our Senior IT Administrator. We are expanding quickly and need a dynamic individual with a problem-solving mindset to own all aspects of IT Support for the office.

What you'll do:
* Support and maintain current conference room AV Systems (Zoom Rooms running on macOS and iOS)
* Monitor and troubleshoot all network equipment (Unifi and Cisco).
* Manage user accounts in Terminal’s SAAS applications (G-Suite, Office 365, etc.)
* Purchase and configure equipment for new employees. Experience partitioning and installing multiple operating systems (macOS, Linux, Windows) a plus
* Responding to help requests from staff members or clients
* Installing and configuring new systems and hardware
* Running reports on systems and hardware status
* Replacing malfunctioning or damaged hardware
* Collaborate with Senior IT Admin on major projects and upgrades
* Participate with core help desk functions like employee on-boarding\off-boarding, hardware configuration, deployment, documentation and inventory management
* JAMF experience is a plus, as Terminal operates in a heavy Mac environment (95%).

Who you are:
* 2+ years experience in IT support and network troubleshooting
* Experience in JAMF and core help desk functions
* Self-motivated with powerful problem solving skills
* Proven track record in providing high-quality service to a wide range of stakeholders
* Experience with scripting and automation is a plus (Bash, JavaScript, etc.)
* Experience with macOS in a corporate setting
