AssuredLeads is a Madison, WI-based startup located just blocks from the Capitol and a block from Lake Monona. We optimize business insurance production for agencies, brokers, and large insurance carriers (i.e. Nationwide). We generate and sell business insurance leads, as well as provide training and data analytics. The founders of AssuredLeads have been top insurance sales producers, having recently helped build one of the fastest growing and most successful insurance startups in the country. Requisite Experience
• Four-year degree (will entertain highly qualified candidates with two year degree)
• Perfect for recent graduates, or graduates with 1+ year of workforce experience
• Prior sales experience (we will provide comprehensive training regardless)
• Insurance sales or insurance industry experience ideal (commercial insurance ideal)
• Inside or phone sales ideal
• Excellent verbal communication skills and customer service abilities required

Job Responsibilities
• Full time position, ample time for breaks and lunch
• Leverage inside sales techniques and outbound dialing to generate and qualify leads in the commercial/business insurance space
• Manage follow-up appointments and "x-dates" to maximize lead conversion and therefore compensation
• Implement pre-created lists to contact businesses and business owners to generate insurance leads
• Track and compile generated leads for distribution to clients
• Train new team members
• Must be prepared to operate in an active, professional sales environment
• Exemplify strong leadership skills and reinforce the core values
• Daily morning meetings and weekly team meetings to adapt/grow
• Quarterly or annual training as needed

Compensation/Benefits
• Base salary + Commission (hitting expected sales targets means a combined annual salary of $45k+ with most LGS making $50k+)
