The role

Are you passionate about all things social media and digital marketing? Are you interested in jump-starting your career in sales with a fast-growing startup?

We are looking for a talented and driven professional to join the sales team as an Inbound Sales Representative. In this role, you will help profile ideal customers and markets for campaigns and qualify inbound marketing leads for sales opportunities. Passion and motivation will be your two best assets in your goal to be a key resource for AspireIQ’s product capabilities and competitive advantages.

Salary is competitive and includes a bonus for meeting performance targets.

What you'll be doing

* Identify and qualify enterprise brands and agencies that would make quality sales targets for AspireIQ
* Articulate and promote the AspireIQ business value proposition to decision-makers to assess buying interest
* Execute customized email, phone call, and social media outreach to targets and engage with prospective leads to schedule calls for the sales team
* Improve existing processes to increase the number of calls and clients driven through sales and marketing techniques. Set yourself up to learn from everything you’re doing

 

What we’re looking for

* BA/BS degree
* 0-4 year of relevant work experience 
* Strong written and verbal communications skills
* The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
* A relentless drive to meet and exceed goals and expectations
* Persistence and a willingness to embrace meaningful challenges
* The drive to compete and win while working on a collaborative, cross-functional team

 

Bonus Points

* Previous experience working in a sales environment
* Proficiency using Salesforce or other CRM’s
