As an inside sales representative, you will be part of an energetic team of professionals who are committed to educating customers and providing superior service. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of people and learn about a group of unique products to inform customers of specifications including price, usage, and complimentary merchandise.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in lead generation strategies, such as cold calling, to identify business prospects and create a list of potential customers
  • Maintain a log of which customers have been contacted, the outcome of each interaction and issues that need to be flagged for follow up
  • Proactively follow up with customers to get their feedback, guarantee their satisfaction and develop ideas for pitch modification to advertise products more successfully
  • Collaborate with professionals from other departments to identify improvements to the product offerings, sales education, marketing strategies and other business-related topics
  • Identify barriers to commercialisation and worth leadership to address issues


  • Keep thorough records of customer interactions and provide quarterly projections on a weekly basis.
  • Leverage business growth, engineering and marketing resources and provide input on current collateral materials and ideas on how to improve them.
  • Develop sales strategies to support the organization’s growth strategy and objectives.
  • Working on go-to-market strategy with executive leadership across Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Enterprise Sales.
  • Provide leadership to direct sales team and rep network to ensure the achievement of sales revenue targets and profitability.
  • Coordinate and manage weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly one on one and team-wide pipeline reviews, meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement and best practice sharing
  • Develop expansion plans for newer territories and geographies working closely with industry experts, Solution Specialists and Marketing and incorporating the broader go-to-market plans for successful implementation of the strategies.
  • Analyze and report program performance; provide results and recommendations for improvement and new programs.

  • Number of paying customers signed up
  • Lifetime value of paying customers (including as monitored through churn and retention metrics)

Ideal candidate profile should have:

  • Prior hard core sales experience, preferably on inside sales
  • Application sales preferred
  • Experience of selling/marketing in a B2B environment
  • Experience of selling technical products to CTOs/CIOs/ Risk and Analytics executives
  • Ability to set and meet targets
  • Experience levels of 2+ years preferably
