The HR Manager position represents a great opportunity for the right person to break into a hot industry, gain experience with a wide range of cross-functional roles and responsibilities, and rapidly accelerate your career.
Although you will support the team in a variety of functions, you will primarily focus on three core areas of responsibility: People, Operations and Administrative maintenance.
Responsibilities:

• You will act as the communications and culture hub of our growing team and will be the main point of contact for anything that makes the workplace more productive and rewarding for our team.
• Manage all topics related to human capital for all employees
• Employee Hiring: working with relevant HODs and drafting proper job descriptions and responsibilities. Reviewing candidates and prospects and work with HODs to coordinate the evaluation and communicating the feedback to the candidates.
• Employee onboarding: keeping track of the employee and engaging with the new team members, making sure that knowledge transfer is done properly.
• Employee review and report tracking: Working with HODs in organising the KPIs trackers and making sure the feedback sessions are captured and communicated to facilitate continuous efficiency and performance management.
• HR Policies: Reviewing and drafting HR policies and maintaining details records of employee documentation, payroll, attendance, vacation details etc.
• Preserving and bettering working Culture: Ensuring the culture of the company is preserved through proper communication and gap analysis in the organization and arranging needed steps to ensure the same
• Office administration: Ensuring all the office requirements are met and tracking the usage of the same.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Prior experience in tech or startup organization
• Critical thinker and creative problem solver.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter and self-motivated. Not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
• Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with office management procedures and familiarity with basic accounting principles
