Armory is searching for a People Operations Manager that can guide and support our next phase of dramatic growth. You will lead a team that plays an integral part of our tribal experience function which includes: People Operations, Learning and Development and Facilities.

In this role you will lead and manage a growing team responsible for handling the experience throughout the tribal lifecycle including:


** Lead initiatives and team onboarding, coach and mentor new tribals.
** Play an active role in developing career roadmaps, succession planning and full-cycle programs
** Own people processes for onboarding, retention, offboarding, legal compliance and immigration

Tribal Experience

** Lead design and execution of onboarding, continuing education and training of our tribals and managers to ensure that we have a fully productive, best in class talent pool, with clear career development paths
** Manage, refine and implement our compensation strategies and programs
** Lead design and execution of company-wide performance management programs, feedback, promotion and compensation cycles, as well as other critical people programs

HR Partner

** Be the first point of contact for HR related concerns for both tribals and managers
** Provide strategy and guidance to tribals at all levels of the organization including career development, general management and relations issues
** Own all HR data management and accuracy for all HR Systems
** Own benefits and compliance in partnership with finance, legal and the management team

Does some or most of the following describe you?

** Startup experience in a rapidly growing startup is a requirement; the ability to scale a startup tripling in headcount growth year over year (which is what we are doing) is a huge plus
** Demonstrated ability to manage through ambiguity and competing priorities
** 7+ years of progressive experience in HR, with experience leading a growing team. (Less if your experience was at a high growth start up)
** Ability to influence, engage, and partner closely with executives and business leaders across the organization in planning for massive scale, and change management without impacting the forward momentum of the company
** Collaborative work style - team player with low-ego
