You are a data driven, hands-on, business-minded individual with a strong technical understanding of the capabilities and functionality of the Salesforce platform. You have the ability to identify business problems and craft solutions that will help help Armory scale. You enjoy translating ideas into business value and use data to enable success. You are excited to provide recommendations to sales process as well as our technology stack based on existing gaps, industry best practices and business strategy. As well as perform ad-hoc analysis as required in support of our Sales organization.

We are entering a high growth period as our company scales and we are looking for someone with a growth mindset that is able to support the Sales and Go To Market(GTM) teams as we grow. Someone to provide technical support as well as assisting in communication and improving the sales process through data. Someone that shares our cultural values and is excited and passionate about the future of software delivery.

Does some or most of the following apply to you?
* 3-5 years experience in Sales Operations
* Sales Force certified and strong technical experience with end to end ownership of the Salesforce instance in a startup with a rapidly scaling sales team:
* translating business requirements into technical requirements, 
* hands on experience in managing technical implementation of requirements in Salesforce 
* Sales analytics and forecasting-- data management and visualization of key sales and other 
* operational metrics and goals  through SFDC reporting/dashboards, etc.
* Hands on experience with data visualization software e.g. Mode, Domo, Klipfolio etc.
* Experience in collaborating with Marketing Ops on marketing automation
* Excellent organization, attention to detail, ability to execute on multiple tasks and projects
* Self-starter with track record of creativity and innovation
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills with great business sense
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and pick up new skill sets quickly

* Sales strategy-- capacity planning, setting targets, territory optimization, sales incentives
* Sales processes-- optimizing and refining sales process, communicating and training reps on process changes
