Arkose Labs is Looking for a Revenue Operations Manager with strategic experience, excellent communication, and collaboration skills. This person will assist the organization to run effectively and efficiently in supporting business strategies and objectives.

In this role, your primary function will be to help drive revenue and sales efficiency. You will partner with our go-to-market team members from Sales, Customer Success, Business Development, and Marketing in developing our GTM strategies, building sales processes that align with those strategies, and enable Arkose Labs to achieve our revenue objectives.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to determine business priorities and allocate resources to accelerate growth. You will help scale the end-to-end selling process to minimize friction and improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in these areas and have experience implementing and managing sales tools and processes in a dynamic environment.

Position Summary:

Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement configuration changes in Salesforce.
Maintain, manage, and make recommendations regarding Salesforce implementation, releases, features and best practices.
Provide on-going support and system administration to quickly fix issues with Salesforce.com- Salesforce Integration and Implementation experience
Serve as the business architect and project manager for all Sales and GTM process design requests
Manage onboarding of new sales hires and training in relevant areas
Refine and implement business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review
Provide recommendations and take actions based on strategic objectives, forecast or performance metrics
Improve sales efficiency through simplifying processes and evaluating new tools
Manage documentation on sales processes, policies, sales training materials, and assist with on-boarding new sales talent
Work with sales management to develop sales incentive programs and compensation planning
Eliminate sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel, operational metrics, and delivering regular insights to the business
Produce additional actionable sales reporting and BI tools for sales and leadership, i.e. Tableau to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards
Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and help build a plan to improve renewal/ up-sell processes
Support sales spiff programs by updating performance, reporting, and communications to participants
Maintain data integrity and build a governance program to maintain quality and accuracy of data as the team grows


3+ years of work experience in Sales Strategy and Operations
Proven Salesforce subject matter expert with experience creating reports, optimizing processes, managing dashboards, and more.
Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce Administration
Experience with sales productivity and automation tools
Demonstrated ability to implement, maintain and troubleshoot SFDC integrations with tools such as Marketo, Groove, DiscoverOrg, etc.

Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact
Strong partner management skills, with the ability to create a trusting relationship with business partners
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and technically savvy for other data systems
Enjoys working in a dynamic environment that enables creative problem solving with multiple competing deadlines
Always focused on doing what’s right for the business. Have a willingness to take on the tough projects and challenges to support growth with a roll-up your sleeves attitude

Nice- to-Have

Management consulting experience is a big plus or experience at a very high growth startup and the work/unpredictability that goes along with it
Salesforce Administration and/or Developer Certificate
