Arival Bank International Corp. is a US-based digital bank licensed and regulated by OCIF. After obtaining our US banking license (IFE license #065) at the beginning of 2021, we officially went live in June 2021 and onboarded 80+ corporate clients up to date from 20+ countries all over the globe. With the in-house developed smart compliance technology, Arival is on a mission to become the go-to digital bank for digital SMEs, crypto & blockchain-related businesses all over the world.
We're actively growing our international team with offices in Miami, Puerto Rico, Europe, and Singapore, with over 40+ employees, and building many departments from the ground up.
EVERYDAY TASKS:
- Lead & manage all talent acquisition efforts (sourcing, recruiting, hiring, etc).
- Build top-class people programs in recruiting, onboarding/exit, performance management, learning & development, compensation, benefits, and recognition.
- Improve HR procedures, policies, and guidelines.
- Maintain a growth-oriented and motivating environment while keeping all employees accountable to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Build strong social connections, feedback mechanisms, and communication lines between employees, management, and the offices.
- Define & create strategies for organizational culture goals to establish an inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and recognizable.
- Handle all employee relations functions, including complaint investigation & resolution, risk mitigation, and response measures.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience with a startup, working in People Operations, Human Resources, Recruiting, and/or People Leadership
- Recognized certifications such as SHRM-SCP preferred.
- Experience working from home, and a distributed workforce.
- Detailed knowledge of HR best practices and multi-state employment laws and regulations in the US. Willing to learn about international HR, particularly in the EU & Singapore.
- Ability to connect HR to measurable business outcomes such as hiring velocity, retention, and employee satisfaction.
- Sophisticated, strategic, analytical, and creative problem solver.
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication, and emotional intelligence.
- Social, professional, & full of high energy.
- Resourceful, independent, and flexible.
