We are looking for a VP of Sales with global coverage. In this role, among other things you will be responsible for oversight of our global sales pipeline, and management of the entire New Business team. This is a leadership role within the company and you will be reporting directly to the founders.
Given that Arbolus is a platform based scale up business, this is a key role for us. We expect a successful candidate to be able to set up sales systems and cadences, drive hiring and fully operate the new business development efforts.
*What We’re Looking For *
A successful candidate should have:
- 5+ years experience in sales leadership roles
- Specifically, experience in a senior sales role at a high growth SaaS startup
- Experience of leading and managing teams
- Experience of implementing sales tools and systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Experience of implementing KPIs and performance pay systems in sales teams
