About You:
- You love to solve complex problems and get to the root of an issue.
- Excellent analytical skills and highly organized.
- You are a patient and caring person, highly organized and driven.
- You want to help our customers achieve the most out of AppZen’s audit
solution and get joy out of watching a customer really succeed.
- You have GREAT communication skills and know how to get the message
across.
- You are action oriented; no task is too small or insignificant for you.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 3rd level technical support to customers and partners.
- Create reproducible test cases, file bug reports and coordinate the delivery
of fixes.
- Interact with Engineering, Operations and cross-functional management
regularly on high profile technical issues while providing feedback and
- leadership to our product support team.
- Author knowledge base articles and drive internal knowledge sharing.
Must Have:
- Humble and Friendly personality with an open and honest communication
style.
- A curious mind for how things work and what makes them tick.
- Familiar with querying databases, JSON and web services API’s
- Ability to understand our business applications quickly with little hands on
training.
Bonus Points: Previous experience in fraud and compliance.
