As a game developer here, your responsibilities would include, among others, working on our internal development framework, rapidly prototyping new game concepts, and working closely with the team to create the next big mobile hit(s). Simply put, we're looking for someone with the passion for both building great games and shipping great code.

We're looking for someone who…
...has at least 1-2 years experience as a Unity game developer
...has previous experience working with mobile games (iOS & Android), as well as a proven track-record.
...has previously shipped at least one product.
...has a solid understanding of the Unity 3D game engine - Unity GUI, C# scripting, Asset Bundles
...has basic understanding of game development related design patterns, gaming algorithms, with ability to tackle problems logically
...is competent with general game development concepts, including graphics development, game logic, communication with backend services and user interface development
...has strong communication skills, regardless of the team member’s technical proficiency
...designs, architects, and implements high quality, structured, and robust code.
…can independently create quality solutions to problems.
...can quickly, and efficiently, pick up and start working with pre-existing codebases.
…is proficient with debugging and profiling code, as well as understanding memory management for mobile games.
...is proficient at written and spoken English.

You will be responsible for..
..creating games in Unity for iOS and Android
…writing clean, modular and well-documented code in C# as per standards
...prototyping game concepts rapidly.
...implementing systems and functionality for games based on design specifications
...implementing, debugging and refining core gameplay features
...collaborating effectively with a small, high-energy team of game designers and programmers
...keeping up to date on relevant core technologies and best practices, so as to make suggestions to the team on new game mechanics or APIs available.

The idea is to make the candidate actually take an ownership role and then provide additional compensation on performance.
