Support Engineer

Role : Application Support

We are looking for Support Engineers who are interested in application support and excellent communicators in south Indian languages.
Experience : 0 -2

Roles and responsibilities :

1. Assists users by diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for application level issues.
2. Owns user issues from beginning to resolution.
3. Responds to users queries related to the software via e-mail/chat and phone.
4. Advises/educates customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical queries.
5. Focuses on delivering a positive user experience according to company standards
6. Provide support and identify all issues and prepare appropriate documentation for all issues and solutions.

Who will fit :

1. Must have excellent communication skills in English, Malayalam and Tamil.
2. Good to have analytical and problem solving skills
3. Previous experience in application support or software testing is an added advantage.
