Sales and Marketing Operations Manager

The role is very challenging & will require you to think on your feet. You’ll learn our process to recreate the secrets behind today’s most successful startups/tech giants – and you’ll get to work hands-on. In this role, you will help our sales & marketing teams interact with the most elite customer base on the planet: CEO's of companies with revenue of $500mm+.

You’ll have the opportunity to learn from the people who wrote the book on platforms & successful entrepreneurs who have sold their companies to the likes of Square (NYSE: SQ).

Have you ever wanted to build Sales and Marketing strategy? If so, we're looking for you. We have some of the basics built, but we need a strong process builder and critical thinker to take our Sales and Marketing strategy to the next level.

What you will do:

-Develop actionable insights on prospect and customer engagement for the sales & marketing teams to execute campaigns

-Explore data to make recommendations through funnels, cohort analysis, user segmentation and more

-Maintain current and new data systems and data pipelines to collect, clean and surface data

-Manage Salesforce optimization for the marketing and sales teams

-Identify Ideal Customer Profile

-Help build a sales process for a complex enterprise non-reoccurring sale

-Identify ways to decrease sales cycle length

-Have a major, or controlling, role in our tech stack

Qualifications:

-1-3 years of work experience as a Data Analyst, Salesperson, Sales or Marketing ops

-Fluency in Excel and Salesforce a must

-Ability to not only analyze data but to come to accurate conclusions and suggestings for the business

-Ability to convert business questions to data questions and communicate findings to non-technical team members

-Strong understanding of enterprise sales and/or marketing and the ability to generate the KPIs associated with it

-Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where business needs are ever-changing

-Experience as a Salesforce Administrator and marketing automation tools a huge plus
