What is the role?

We’re seeking an experienced customer service manager to join and lead our Care Coordination team. With our rapidly expanding customer base, we are quickly outgrowing the current structure. This is a fantastic opportunity to:

- Lead and grow our Care Coordination team (currently 3 people, expected to grow 2x in 2020)
- Plan, organize, and direct daily operational work to ensure empathetic responses to patient questions while responding in a timely matter.
- Foster a team-oriented collaborative working environment, driving to common goals.
- Monitor team quality and provide ongoing feedback to continuously improve.
- Formalize processes and policies as we scale to a larger team, helping more patients.
- Help build out processes that enhances the experience of the customers and the care coordination team.


What do we ask of you?

- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of customer service experience using a ticketing service like HelpScout
- Experience leading a Customer Support team, particularly in a dynamic, fast-paced startup or tech environment. Experience should include designing and overseeing training, QA, and metric management programs.
- A high initiative, action-oriented perspective on personal time management.
- You are highly self-driven and comfortable with ambiguity and change. You are comfortable operating with minimal guidance from leadership
